How do you set the size of board in PCB?

When I try to use the "Change Board Size"
sliders under the edit menu the increments of
width and hight seem arbitrary.

If I want a board size of 3 by 5" the closest
I can get with the sliders is 2928 by 5001.

Is there some place I can simply type in the dimensions I want
besides using the size command line option at start up,
or editing the pcb file with a text editor?
The way I do it is to get the number in the vicinity of where I want it with the mouse, then leave the mouse pointer over the slider, and use the arrow keys on the keyboard to increment/decrement by 1.
