Re: gEDA-user: Symbols/Footprints with internally connected pins



this is a feature should be built into the core of the footprints, as
not all pins need to be connected,  it would be nice to have the
ability to specify that a net list has options

connect to either pin 1 or pin 2 and either exclusively or inclusively.

just a thought on this topic.

Peter is correct. I do this all the time. It is especially useful when
you need to
overlay a pin and a pad.
