I'd like a mouse and left hand method. arc starting is a pulldown menu item
already, and it puts you in a mouse action mode. The change could be to end the arc differently,
while allowing it to go past 90 degrees.

One way I can think of is to start arc mode, then define a semicircle by a second mouse click, then drag
left or right to draw more or less arc...and let the amount be nonlinear and not needing aiming.

Another way could be to get into arc mode, then define an endpoint for the arc, then drag
left or right to draw more or less arc diameter that ends at the same place.

Much more geometry calculations needed for method 2, but probably more popular!
