gEDA-user: Proposed text for gEDA download page

Ales, guys,

In light of the ongoing discussion about how to download/install gEDA,
I put together a proposed download page based upon the current one.
The new page carries more info (is perhaps more wordy) which will
hopefully guide newbies when they decide how to install gEDA.
Please take a look at my proposed page here:

Ales, please feel free to take this page and put it on the gEDA web
server if you like it.  If you like it but don't have time to do so,
please let me know and I will stick it up.  If you hate it, well,
that's OK too!
