gEDA-user: Lesstif PCB compiling

I try to compile PCB from CVS with Lesstif gui but configure is not happy:

checking Xm/Xm.h usability... no
checking Xm/Xm.h presence... no
checking for Xm/Xm.h... no
configure: error: You don't seem to have the Lesstif development environment installed.

Urpmi says lesstif-devel is already installed and locate find Xm.h in /usr/X11R6/include/Xm/Xm.h 

What do I miss?
