	The only way to promote attributes of an already instanciated 
component is to select it and execute Edit/Update Component.  This will
load up the appropriate symbol file and look for attributes which should
be prompted and add only those (the new ones) to the selected component.
Update component will also pick up any graphic changes in the symbol file.
