Not yet.  I'm getting parts for 100 kits, the plan is to offer them
for $2 each, if you send me a SASE and a check.  I don't know how many
a 39 cent stamp will allow, it depends on the weight.  I'll probably
offer ten-packs too.  I'm just going to tape the parts (cut tape, not
loose![*]) to heavy paper that identifies which are which, with a web
page for instructions.


[*] unless you folks want them loose, i.e. individual parts taped to
    cardboard, you'd cut the tape with a razor blade to extract the
    parts.  I think cut tape offers more static protection for the
    ICs.
