gEDA-user: footprints for Bourns 3266 series trimmers

The Bourns 3266 series of trimmers appears quite popular judging from its
prominence in the Jameco catalog.  I have therefore made a Perl script to
generate footprints for this series.  Please take a look and tell me what
you think.

The script says it will make 3296 footprints, but I haven't gotten around
to implementing those yet.
