don't push on the minimum pad/drill ratio while doing the design.  Also don't
push on the drill size / pin size ratio.  That way you'll have some extra
margin on either side of your drill size.

Then people can either run the mapping themselves or ask their vendor to
do it and have a higher chance of success.
