Hi All,
I have hacked out the verilog templates from Webpack ISE. It can be useful
e.g. for iverilog users.

Note: This is my local machine with 256kb/sec bandwidth, so do not expect
fast response. My gf's PC is also NAT-ed out through this machine without
bandwidth limitation (I hadn't had time to deal with it yet), so download
speed can be greatly fucked up if she forget to close DC++.
Please report any bug you have discovered and do not crack the machine :)
