gEDA-user: [pcb] text and mirroring changes in postscript

Ok, I made two changes to the postscript exporter:

1. The text identifying the layer has been moved from next to the
   board, to the lower left of the page, near the margin.  The text
   includes the file name, layer type name, and whether or not it's
   mirrored.  For composite layers (layer group with multiple layers
   in it), the group name is used.

2. If you select both mirror and auto-mirror, they XOR instead of OR
   now.  Thus, checking both gives you appropriate prints for toner
   transfer or photo expose.  However, it still mirrors the fab and
   drill plots, which "mirror" always did.
