Circuit simulators generally don't have elementary models for  
photodiodes. But an ordinary diode in parallel with a current source  
(for the photocurrent) makes a good model. You could make it a  
subcircuit and have a photodiode symbol refer to it. Or just draw it  
out on your schematic.
