Well, I don't like them. So none of them in my lib...

Those were invented by bureaucrats at a time when pen plotters had
difficulties plotting circles.


So I am the only one that use still them?

And why did they use a small circle for the NOT function at the output if the plotters had difficulties plotting them?

They seems to be used pretty much in my country anyway. I used them for eight years at a company a few years back.
