gEDA-user: RPMS for gtkwave-1.3.22-1

I've made RedHat RPMS for gtkwave-1.3.22p1, and placed them here:

   ftp://icarus.com/pub/eda/gtkwave/RPMS/gtkwave-1.3.22p1-0.alpha.rpm

I've only build the alpha rpm, because the point of this was to
get an alpha binary that doesn't crash when reading NaN values
from VCD dumps. So all you alpha users, download this!

I'll put i386 rpms up when I get around to it.
