Hello
Does anyone has experience how much ESR a modern 2.2u ceramic capacitor
can have? Less than 200mOhm?

The last time I checked, ESR was the sum of in-phase AC resistance. In
modern times (Like right now...)
it is used to measure the quality of a capacitor: In other words, there
is no such thing as a statitiscal mean
or medium for the ESR of a typical modern capacitor - Regardless if the
capacitor in question is a ceramic
or electrolytic or otherwise.
You need to refer to the data sheet for the capacitor in question to get
this information.
