use the path of drawing in gschem and using gsch2pcb to convert to pcb..

with this you can change your schematic as you go ... which is a fundamental
part of designing boards when you're a one-person operation. 
PCB/gschem/gsch2pcb do this natively ... read the documentation and see how.

You can add pages to your project file to incorporate the extra schematics you
want to add later.
