Drawn according to landing pattern in Philips appnote. Released under
GPL and GFDL. Most amateurs will need reflow solder because they solder
by hand. And SOT23 is used often in SMD. I didn't find reflow sot23 in
newlib nor ~geda so I created one. I didn't bother looking if Luciani
has one because of his incompatible licence.
Please put it into the symbols shipped with PCB.
