Re: gEDA-user: PCB autoroute

it means there was a conflict updating the configure script. Just do

rm configure
cvs update configure

Maybe we should reconsider having configure, and the various Makefile.in's (all generated by autoconf/automake) in cvs since they are generated files. It would mean someone wanting to track cvs sources needs automake (a new enough one) and autoconf (a new enough one) installed.

I'm not sure how new the latest cvs is, but I am using one from December. I just tried to load the latest cvs and ./configure, but configure has a weird line "<<<<<< configure" in line 312 and fails. I'm not sure why.

You're not doing anything wrong. If this is happening
with the latest CVS code, please file a bug report on
sourceforge and attach the pcb file that gives the
error.

If it is not happening with the latest CVS code then
it is a bug that has been fixed.

Of course as has happened many times, one can file a
sourceforge bug report *and* e-mail this list. For
myself I can say that when I have time to sit down and
attack pcb bugs, I generally go through the
sourceforge tracker to see which ones I want to
tackle.
