Stuart,
I ran across your new CD in looking through some gEDA stuff yesterday.
I thought that it might assist in my own problem, so I downloaded it and
attempted its installation. I might add that I've been a gEDA user for
many years now, and your release of a CD in *.iso format has been a
great aid to me.
However, in this instance the installation failed. If I recall
correctly I received an error message regarding a Python error.
It might help you to know that I'm running CentOS (a RedHat enterprise
release) on an AMD Sempron. I re-installed your previous release with
no problems whatever.
Grist for your mill.

Following the releases of PCB and gEDA/gaf, I have created a new
version of the gEDA Suite install CD. For now, it lives on my
website:
http://www.brorson.com/gEDA/
Later, after some testing, I will upload it to the usual download spot
on geda.seul.org.
If you install via the CD, please download the latest version and try
it out! I am interested in hearing about any bugs or problems you
experience using the .iso to install gEDA on your box.
Cheers,
Stuart
