One other thing...

The axis zero is bottom left with X increasing to the right and Y
increasing to the top (I've only used this for boards with components
on one side, so not too sure about axis for the bottom side
components). There is no mechanism to set a different reference point
or axis system, but it is pretty easy to manipulate the output file
with a spreadsheet. Just check with your assembly house what axis they
use and what zero reference point they use (typically one of the
fiducials).
