Lines like:

(source-library "../tmote-revb_")
for your local symbols, if any.  (There are always some!  Mine are about 95% local versions)

~/.pcb/preferences   add aline like:

library-newlib = /home/john/EEProjects/now-svn-ecosensory/circuitboards/footprints_pcb
