A couple things to consider...
If you're using the stock 0603 footprint, just remove the ".fp"
You can disable the M4 macro libraries and just use the file-based
libraries (skip-m4 yes or --skip-m4)
Try using PCB's File->Import instead of gsch2pcb, it handles footprint
names differently.
