Th current estimate says 17 R, 10 C, 1 52-pin PQFP, 3 SO8, 1 SO14, 1
16-pin header, 1 4-pin header and 1 3-pin header. Probably will the
C-count increase most, since I haven't put out the decoupling capacitator
yet. 

Foot print on resistors will preferably be 0408 (yes we are going to
surface mount as much as possible except connectors). And would be glad if
we could limit the number of layers to two.

Since Stephen and I just agreed to go to 52-pin PQFP (I hope we did) I
think this is foot print I am most happy to not to do in this case ;-)

What PCB tool do you plan to use?
