2 gschem questions

a. How do you not have a titleblock selectable. When I select components

   within a titleblock, sometimes the titleblock itself gets selected.
   Is there a way to disable this?

b. When I update a component, the older promoted attributes of the 
   original component remain (like the refdes number, sizes etc). As a
result
   I get duplicate attributes and I have to delete the duplicates. Is
this
   a bug or is there a switch to turn this off?
