Hello Why there are necessary project managers for proprietary programs and not for free software? Or is Harry Eaton and DJ Delorie a project manager on PCB and I just don't know about it? I have heard somewhere that managers are not necessary in free software because time-to-market is not critical there. Is it true? Cl<
