	I think people are talking about two different things.

#1 Source code as in the code necessary to rebuild the Eagle program.

#2 Industry standard gerber files.

	#1 is not available for download and Eagle is most certainly not
open source in any fashion.  As for #2, I think everybody agrees that
Eagle generates gerber files.
