The diameter of the rounded ends of traces is W, to match the
thickness.  Therefor the radius is W/2.  That's just the way it is at
the moment; only square pins/pads and polygons have sharp corners.

So, instead of the width "bump" being 1.414 at 90 degree corners,
it's only 1.207 or so.
