gEDA-user: Silkscreen over pads again

Friends -

A pcb fab just complained to me about the perennial
silkscreen-over-pads issue.  In the most recent discussion
I found

I'm using PCB from CVS, and gerbv 1.0.2 (stock Debian).
Are there any patches out there that I can test?
