So, if I want to make a footprint or three, then use them without
closing/restarting/reopening current and shown layers windows library window,
I could do action commands

LibraryChanged()
libraryPath (/home/john/EEProjects/now-svn-ecosensory/circuitboards/footprints_pcb)
libraryPath (/home/john/ecosensors-stripsink.git/moisture-connect_/footprints_pcb)

and get the new local ones?
