This change was intentional, to highlight the fact that specification of 
colour schemes for printing and display are now separated. In addition, the 
new name highlights the fact that the file in question contains a colour 
scheme.

It doesn't seem unreasonable to make backwards-incompatible changes to config 
on the unstable branch, IMHO.
