When in doubt use "pas", but "out" might be better here. Only the  
drc2 back end cares, and it's pretty crude, not really definitive.

Nothing special here. Do you even need it? If you have a SPICE or  
Vipec subcircuit that includes that pin, the order of connections in  
the subcircuit definition determines pinseq. If it's a slotted  
symbol, pinseq is arbitrary except that the collection of pins on the  
symbol should have pinseq of 1, 2, 3, ...

If you're not simulating and don't have slots, you don't need it.
