Do you mean that this PCB forms a daugher-board which plugs into other
projects (with pins?) (option 1).

OR:

Do you mean that you want the simple PCB to be a fragment which gets
inserted into other designs? (option 2).


Option 1:

Copy the PCB design file and use the copy it as a template to define
where your pins need to go. (Deleting all the implementation details).


Option 2:

I don't think you can do it quite like this, but please elaborate what
you want - and we can see if anyone has clever ideas for a solution.
