Re: gEDA-user: Win32 build with native printing support (via Cairo)

Just tried the gschem--gsch2pcb--pcb work-flow on winXP with a small, but
real world project. There were some show-stoppers:

* gsch2pcb crashed with backtrace unless m4 is explicitly disabled
with --skip-m4 . Unfortunately, WinXP does not allow to copy/paste
in the CMD-window. So I put a screenshot to this URL:
	http://lilalaser.de/tmp/errormessage_m4.pdf

* If pcb is run without an argument, the default font was reported
to be found, but seemingly not loaded. A save did not contain the
usual alphabet of letters. These were the lines emitted in the log
  window:

File 'C:\Programme\gEDA\Projekte\Schrittmotor\steuerung.pcb' has no font
information, using default font

The gtk gui currently ignores "grey50"as part of a menuitem resource.
Feel free to provide patches

The file contained footprint names rather than element commands.
