gEDA-user: arcs in pcb

Hi,

I'm starting a new design which has a lot of curves and a high degree
of rotational symmetry.

A lot of work has been done in a 2d CAD program.

I'm writing a little dxf2pcb tool to move this to pcb format using libdxf.

The documentation about Arc:
http://pcb.gpleda.org/pcb-cvs/pcb.html#Arc-syntax
doesn't indicate if the angles are fixed point, one degree resolution
or something better (floating-point).

is there a better way to represent arcs for pcb?
