I'm working with PCB and as usual I'm finding part way through the
placement process that I botched something and need to revise the
schematic.  I've noticed that when I re-run "gsch2pcb project" that the
resulting *.new.pcb file appears to have only changes from the previous
run recorded.  How am I supposed to use this file.  It would be great if
it could be used in such a manner that I can avoid a complete re-
construction of the placement exercise.  Can you fill me in?
