Actually, I did it on the qtouch.new.pcb file and it brought in the ic and rj45 but I'm still missing the 3 pin jumpers. Also the ic and rj45 are in red.

manually by "load layout data to paste-buffer" and pasting them.
gsch2pcb won't add them to the .pcb file itself.
