The dll's should remain beside the exe's in the "bin" directory.

Currently, to run the resulting exe's, you have to set the following
environment variables:

set GEDADATA=[path_to_geda]\share\gEDA
set GUILE_LOAD_PATH=[path_to_geda]\share\guile\1.8
