Yes, but it's not as useful as you'd think because there's some behind
the scenes stuff going on like X,Y coordinates, cursor motion, and
tool state.  So you'd see something like this:

Mode(Notify)
Mode(Release)
Mode(Notify)
Mode(Release)
Mode(Notify)
Mode(Release)
Mode(Notify)
Mode(Release)
