The "Indexing Library:" messages are before the LOCATING TOP-LEVEL
messages. If there are none there, then there are no libraries
that survived. Please, send the *entire* output from "iverilog -v"
directly to me. (No need to bother the list.)

I compile with a command file that brings in the Xilinx libraries,
so it does work. In general. Are you *certain* that you installed
all the parts right? It may be that the iverilog driver is calling
the wrong lib/ivl core compiler.
