gEDA-user: gsch2pcb

I use mostly custom element files in PCB 1.99 created with "save
buffer elements to file" and needed a gschem2pcb like program which
could match schematic footprints to my PCB element files.  Since
gschem2pcb appears to handle only elements from the PCB m4 interface,
I wrote a replacement "gsch2pcb" which does what I want.

In case anybody on the list could use something like this, look at:

It requires glib.
