Does this mean you can use a chemical to etch a board, then
somehow reverse the reaction and use the "spent" chemical to
lay the removed copper down on other parts of the board (such
as inside holes)?  After plating does the chemical end up in
its original form, so it can then be used for etching again,
and so on ad infinitum in a closed loop?

Does such a chemical exist?  Can standard chemicals (such as
Ferric Chloride) be used in such a manner, in combination with
electrolysis?
