When using gsch2pcb this line does not need to be set to
the install location because gsch2pcb checks for m4 install locations
and overrides the define when it runs the gnetlist -g gsch2pcb command.
Run "gsch2pcb -v" and it will dump the m4-pcbdir it uses and if
it can't find it, you can do the override yourself with a "m4-pcbdir"
line in your project file.
If you rely on editing the .scm file you will have to remember to
redo it every time you install a new gschem release.
