This skips M4, but not the default newlib. Anyway, I can live with a 
script that temporarily renames the library dirs. They won't be 
permanenty removed, because I use them as a quarry for new local 
footprints. So this is basically a feature-request for a gsch2pcb switch 
called "local-libs-only" ;-)
