but I did not find the command MorphPolygon(), how to set/click it?

Assuming you've had the "new lines clear polygons" flag set
throughout, just draw a rectangle over your whole board and connect it
to something.

If you haven't set that flag, search the archives for ways to set it
for your whole board.  Also look up MorphPolygon() in case you have
multiple disjoint blank areas on your board.
