Plug-in not planned at the moment.  I just did the math by hand once
to see what it would be like, but never implemented it anywhere.  It
might have been back when I was playing with teardrops.  I brought it
up last night on IRC and couldn't find my example, so I redid it.  If
someone wants to write a plugin for it, I can forward the math along.

Well, the original reason I did it was for when DRC wouldn't allow a
trace there but you wanted one anyway.  Think of necking from 6 mil
down to 5.  The example I gave was 30 down to 10 just to show off the
curves.

Or just leave it, and let DRC tell you.  Perhaps we'll get someone to
do the "DRC layer" change before this, and we can just add a marker
then.
