Ok, I just wiped my disk and did a new install of red hat
8.0. I then installed all the rpms from the 20021103 release
and everything worked fine. 

Then I down loaded the tarball for the 20030223 gschem and 
tried to configure it. It bombed looking for guile-config.
I checked and sure enough there its not anywhere to be found
on my system even though guile-1.4 is there. Where can I find
guile-config?

PS: I have previously used SUSE and it was always somewhere on
the system.
