The days of 5V only are gone.  A board I'm working on
has eight supplies.  A lot of it is for high-isolation
linear work, but there are also three digital supplies
(3.3, 2.5, and 1.2).  Keeping track of the power needs
of a board is a significant part of the design/layout
effort.
