Thanks for that review.  I just got my first look at some boards by myropcb.com
that are very good looking.  The plated through holes are all concentric with their
pads and mirror reflective inside with no excess of solder, ( the board is HASL finished
except for edge connectors.  The routing around the perimeter turned out nicely and
accurate as tested against connectors and moldings for both boards I had done.

Dealing with myropcb.com was via email only and the communication
was poor with 4 to 24 hour delays and partial answers to questions.
The price was hard to figure for my routed boards and they want to charge you
one at a time for prototypes, but in the end it comes down to $17 per unique board qty  one,
plus $35 shipping for the first one to USA, and $15 shipping for remaining boards.
I got two different prototypes made qty one each 2-layer, 2- silk, gold edge fingers, routed
for $84 charged to my credit card.  There was no cheap proto way to add a V-score, but
that wasn't a big concern for protos, or if you get them to do a small run they will quote it
in a setup charge.  The board in the photos will be done qty 20 by them soon -- don't
know the exact price yet, but from their calculator:
qty 20 11.3 sq in boards in 7 days plus shipping time $150. -->  .68/sq in
qty 40 11.3 sq in boards in 7 days plus shipping time $189   -->  .42/sq in
qty 60 $216  -?->  .32/sq in +60
qty 180 $403.  -?->  .20/sq in +60
