gEDA-user: "Toggle Snap" problem

That's funny, Toggle Snap works when I open files like a symbol in the
library and draw a circle.  But when I want to create a symbol, "new
page", add circle, then the Snap doesn't work.  So the only way to
have snap would be to open an existing symbol, delete it, and write my
symbol.


I'm trying to make a Darlington transistor...
