After? Yeah, you are going to have edit the system-gnetlistrc
unfortunately, since any libraries read in from ~/.gEDA/gnetlistrc and
the local gnetlistrc are searched FIRST. If this is a major problem,
then I might be able to make the search order configurable, but it might
not be a trivial change (I haven't looked at that code in a while).
